Directorate of Proponency, Initiatives, and Integration (PII)

Mission

 
  • Advise and assist the Commandant, Assistant Commandant, and Regimental Command Sergeant Major on matters pertaining to Career Management Field 31 (Military Police), Military Occupational Specialty 311A (CID Special Agent) and Branch Code 31 (Military Police).

    Provide recommendations to the Army, G-1 and the United States Army Human Resource Command (HRC) regarding the eight Human Resources (HR) life-cycle management functions for military police enlisted personnel, warrant officers and officers.

    Conduct analysis, make determinations and provide recommendations within the eight HR life-cycle management functions (AR 600-3, The Army Personnel Proponent System) through CMF 31 Review, Functional Review (FR) and Functional Area Assessment (FAA).

  • NOTE: The eight HR life-cycle functions are: structure, acquisition, distribution, development, deployment, compensation, sustainment and transition.
