Force Protection Training Division (FPTD)

Mission

Provide subject matter expertise and training in law enforcement, physical security and antiterrorism tactics, techniques and procedures to Department of Defense personnel in resident and mobile training team environments.

The Force Protection Training Division, under the direction of the United States Army Military Police School, Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri conducts the Antiterrorism/Force Protection training outlined below. Five training courses provide a comprehensive Force Protection package for DoD personnel who have the responsibility of Force Protection.

DoD agencies who desire training in these courses should meet prerequisites and coordinate directly with their supporting Army Training Requirement and Resource System (ATRRS) coordinator for quotas.

 Antiterrorism Office Basic Course

 Conventional Physical Security / Crime Prevention Course

 Law Enforcement Senior Leaders Course

 U.S. Army Civilian Police Academy
