Mission

 
  • To coordinate timely and effective and manpower and personnel support for commanders at all echelons to enhance the readiness and operational capabilities of the total force and ensure success across the full spectrum of military operations.

Function and Capabilities

 
  • The 14th Military Police Brigade S1 is the premier Human Resources Section on the installation, providing expert support in the fundamental core competencies of:

    1. Personnel Readiness Management (PRM): Unit Manning Report (UMR), Gains/ Losses, Soldier Readiness Process (SRP), Personnel Accounting and Strength Reporting (PASR)

    2. Personnel Information Management (PIM): Electronic Military Personnel Office (eMILPO), Total Officer Personnel Management Information System (TOPMIS), Interactive Personnel Electronic Records Management System (iPERMS); Enlisted Distribution Assignment System (EDAS)

    3. Essential Personnel Services: Total Army Evaluation System (NCOERs/ OERs), Military Awards, Personnel Record Updates, Officer/ Enlisted Promotions and Reductions, Reassignment Processing, Leaves & Passes; Finance; Publications and Forms Management

    4. Personnel Accountability & Strength Reporting (PASR): Unit Status Reporting (USR), Personnel Accountability Reports, Personnel Asset Inventory (PAI); Sponsorship

    5. HR Planning and Operations
